ClickZ: Enrich Your Data to Increase Converged Analytics Effectiveness

We were featured on ClickZ for our help on a study around The Met visitors.

We analyzed users that visited The Met 2–12 times within the past year to discover who they are and what they like that would indicate a way to cater to them and convince them to become members of The Met.

It turns out a desire to sip Veuve Clicquot champagne stands out along with a preference for Perrier water, certainly something to note for subsequent events that can help turn non-members into members of the museum.
